Okay, the fact that Dylan had to text me while I'm in Mexico about whether or not I 'mystery-posted' (which is such a retarded concept, considering half the people that do it are just too lazy to login such as myself one freaking time!)..just goes to show how internet obsessed everyone has become. Which is the MAIN reason why starting a zine again is what the city needs in my opinion. Something that is publicly distributed, and people can access freely without searching for a mysterious website. Unfortunately the last one didn't last that long, but there is always room for improvement. Justy did a shit ton of work in trying to revamp the punk scene unintentionally..simply because he loves it. If everyone stopped talking about stupid fucking internet drama we might ACTUALLY have more fun IRL lOlz. If this zine takes off and has a positive impact on bringing more outsiders into coming out to shows, with the intention that it might persuade and enlighten others to play in bands or even put on shows that the general qcp population is too lazy to try. This summer seems to already have a lot of hope for better shows, different lineups, and maybe bigger turnouts which is a huge plus for everyone. All we need is some new ideas and putting in an effort from whoever is willing to give up their time to do so. Why make a big fuss out of message boards when there are probably so many kids that would just rather come hang out and be a part of something we all love? It's great to see that HKR is still connected to Regina despite them not living here. In closing, email me some record reviews, HKR bands would be ideal! I'd like to put an ad for them in it if people get me some juicy writeups. You should review The Contaminate EP!!! I'll have the finished product by the weekend. Also, how frequently are you planning on putting out the Zine? Cause I've always got shows to promote, just wanna make sure I can get them in before deadlines. I'm fucking stoked for the Zine. Also, I really, seriously want to give this board a cleansing, clean out all the old threads, and just make it a good QCP again, and invite some crucial scene folk back. Dag, can we make that happen?

Hey Dylan! I told Dre I'm gonna review it, and if you guys get some sweet pictures from the next show I'll use it! I just need to actually get one...haha. Unless someone else wants to that's cool too. I wanna do monthly issues at least until next winter when things start to slow down again, as long as I can get enough material. Send all your shows to the gmail account, I'll put the May/June shows in the first one, then repeat for the June issue of your June/July shows. Let's do diiisss! Wanna do a sweet metal review too?

Ingrid, is this going to be in print or an online thang? Is it primarly focused on just the QC? I could put some in scrape and sractch records.

I'm gonna invite some highschool bros to this site to get more on the hardcore side, I wish the punks in Regina were more Internet suave. I can't imagine any of the black thunder guys to post on a message board.

Dylan, you've been a bit vague in this thread, can you clarify if you'd like the colours to be black and red again?
