Talk to Robb Morrison. He'll fill you in. That or you can call me.
I am not sure what is filled but it will be $100.

My old man was inspecting that strip mall where the Chimney is and said it looked like a bunch of bands were jamming in the basement. He also said that the old teachers club underneath that strip mall might be turning into a Jazz club. I have no idea who's running that place but it might be worth a gander. There is a door right near the centre or so of that strip mall that goes down to the teachers club. Somebody recon that place.

Lots of bands use that place for jamming apparently. Papa Neher is also looking to turn it into a music venue. I was looking around in there; pretty nice! I also found this hanging out on one of the tables...

I'm pretty sure that was the show where Troy Bleich's niece (Samantha) got crushed during some crucial FFR sing alongs. Also, Diggles tried to fight Joel Hansen.
Despite all those things, the show ruled and it created the amazing quote "One of te vond mombers wond up an kiked me in the hed" or something.

my basement is big enough to jam in. Yeah but you have new born child, which means that you could use the cash, but might not want four drunks coming and going at all hours playing loud thrash music. I appreciate it though.

True, if it was the summer and at decent hours, I'd just take Bowie for a walk. But it'll be too cold. Soon he will get used to hearing music around and then I'll just keep him in one room and insulate the ceiling. I'm considering turning downstairs into a permanent studio for recording, but at the same time have a living space as well.
